# Viewing user activity

View user activities to determine which users performed an action and the action that each user took. The actions that users can take depends on the role that each user is assigned and the permissions that are associated with that role.

You must have admin privileges to view user activity.

Perform the following steps to view user activity:

1. On the left navigation menu, click **Management**.

   The Manage Your Environment page opens.
2. In the **Users** card, click **Users**.

   The Users page opens with the list of users shown in a table.
3. Click **View Activity**.

   The **Users Activity** page opens with the list of user activities shown in a table, which contains the following information:

| Field          | Description                                                                                                 |
| -------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **ID**         | System generated user activity ID.                                                                          |
| **User**       | User who performed the activity.                                                                            |
| **Action**     | Action performed by the user. (*for example: View, Accept, Reject, or Merge*).                              |
| **Resource**   | Resource on which user performed the activity.(*for example: User, Role, Master Record, or Golden Records*) |
| **Info**       | Information about the user activity.                                                                        |
| **Created At** | Date and time of the user activity                                                                          |
| **Status**     | User activity status. The green check mark icon indicates that the activity was successfully completed.     |
